President's Message: For 35 years, the Saratoga County EOC has provided assistance to individuals and families in our community. The Board, staff, volunteers and the supporting public share a deep commitment to providing humanitarian relief to their neighbors in need.
EOC is supported by public and private grants, financial gifts from individuals and businesses, and extensive in-kind services, providing an opportunity for all to become shareholders in our agency’s mission of assisting “low income people to help themselves become economically self-sufficient."

Dress to Succeed: Is a special project of the EOC Board of Directors and was created to provide suitable clothing for EOC clients to wear to job interviews. Now the project also tries to accommodate requests for daily "on the job" clothing and for special occasion outfits.
How it works: Upon referral, clients are be given access to a large selection of work appropriate clothing. Each client will be aided in choosing an appropriate outfit for his/her job interview, interview training sessions are also available upon request. The free outfit then becomes the property of the client. The project coordinator accepts clothing donations and clothing is conveniently available by appointment.
